Overall principle
Express your preferences on a scale from 1 to 99 :
1 : best option - - - - - - - - - 99 : worst option
For instance, if you absolutely love Gandhi, hate Hitler, love Mandela, and moderately like Obama ; you could vote something like :
Ghandi : 1 Hitler : 99 Mandela : 5 Obama : 30
If there is a Condorcet winner, you obviously don’t have to bother with something else than the spreadsheet.
